Is it ok to use a dildo in your tww?

This might be a stupid question but dildos contain different materials could that be toxic to your vagina? Could that affect Ttc or cause something to go wrong??

Answer

It's not that it's toxic, but if you don't keep it clean it could introduce bacteria. The main reason my infertility docs told me not to masturbate or have sex during the tww was because it causes your uterus to contract and can affect implantation. I guess it's kinda a better safe than sorry thing??
