Bad habits....

Please don't judge, I am 7w2d and I can not quit smoking! 😞😞😞 I have smoked for almost nine years and although I'm definitely smoking less now, I just can't seem to stop. All I'm wondering is if anyone else is going through breaking a bad habit? I for like I'm letting my baby down. 😞😞
