I tried for years as well and finally went to a doctor. I found out I had cysts and a blocked, tangled fallopion tube and was diagnosed with PCOS. I had my surgeries this year , started eating better and I'm now focusing on maintaining my hormone levels naturally .

Find a good specialist.... But do your homework!! We went to a fertility clinic (my OB recommend it), but I had such terrible experience that we got completely discouraged, not because it was something medically wrong, but because the way they conducted their business...   Good luck!
