Placenta encapsulation
Anyone else here planning on doing it or have done it before? My doula is giving me a great deal on it so I decided to try it. I'm a FTM so I'm excited to see what happens. My
mom had a small case of depression a couple of weeks after my birth and I suffer from anxiety so I'd like to avoid any of that if I can.
