Concerns

Hey ladies I need some advice. I have been struggling with fertility for the past couple years,and have lost 2 babies in them 2 years. I recently had a HSG test done and everything was fine, I only have one ovary so my chances already are slim but I have had 3 periods since January and the last one was Feb 20th as day 1. Today I noticed when I went to the bathroom that I have a slight pink when I wipe. I am on day 19 of this cycle. Should I be taking a test or is this just the start of a period coming very early???? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
