Whenever you feel like you want to. I did before I started becoming sexual with boys because I thought they would think it was gross if I was hairy. (Which most guys don't think it's gross. But it's what I prefer now!)

Shave or wax it whenever you want I say. It gets painful and itchy when it gets to a certain length, I wouldn't put my daughter through that just to avoid having an awkward conversation.
