Scared to deliver?!??!?

Any FTM that are scared to death for labor and delivery?!?!? I have a low pain tolerance lol so I'm very scared! Any advice to ease my anxieties?!?😭

The closer you get to your due date I'm sure the excitement of meeting your baby will trump your fears, that's how it was for me

When I think about labour, I feel really scared and start panicking but I try not to think about it. Whether we are scared or not, we have to go through it in order to see our little babies so what is the point of worrying and stressing over it?

I am so tired of being pregnant that I'm actually anxiously waiting for things to get started (currently 32 weeks). I know that maybe at the time I will regret saying something like that lol but I can't wait for this phase to be over and to have my baby in my arms!

I try to look forward to motherhood rather than all the scary parts of labour and delivery.

I have a very high pain tolerance... I'm excited, I think it'll be so cool the pain won't matter :)

I know how you feel. My mum said that you need to focus because it's easy to lose your head. Once you find this you should be able to get through it. I'm counting on this advice

I loved labor and delivery I am going on my 3rd girl and I'm so looking forward to labor I had a great 1st and 2nd delivery all went quickly too depends on your body and all that good stuff

We all have diff pain tolerance, I've been through 3 labored, now going on 4 and it didn't get any better! Shorter labor but same pain!
