I am 30 weeks tomorrow and for the past week or so I have been having what I think are contractions, my stomach will get really hard and ball up for a few seconds to minutes. The past few days when it happens I also feel like I can't breath and my heart will race faster, but it does not last long. Well starting last night I started to feel cramp pinching pains in my lower stomach, they feel kind of like period cramps. My stomach is sore and I feel like I need to poop most of the time, I'm not constipated bc I use the bathroom daily. I'm a FTM so I don't know exactly what to expect and I don't want to go to the hospital over false pains. My sister just had her baby at 37 weeks by c section but she went into labor at 32 weeks and they had to stop it. So I'm a little scared it might happen to me.... when should I start to be worried, and how do I know when I should go to hospital or do I call my Dr 1st?
