So I went to the doctors today I'm not dilating but I am thining out what can I do to thin out more and dilate besides sex sad to say I've been single this whole pregnancy so that's out

Evening primrose oil!!! You can either take ot orally ot you can actually take it vaginally... it loosens the cervix, making it dialate.  Also walk walk walk walk.  Maybe ask your dr to scrape your membranes too

Get a labor ball/yoga ball! They are huge and you can bounce on them without any hurt to your baby. But a safe bounce of course... I was 2 cm dilated for 2 weeks with my son. (3years ago) and I was up bouncing at 2 am bc I had washed all his clothes that day and was beating like crazy. Well needless to say I go to bed about 2:30 and woke up at 4 with contractions and the rest of my mucus plug came out. Got things ready and went to the hospital and I was 4cm! Good luck mama!
