Vitex and Milk Thistle?

Hello, ladies! I've been doing some research and I've read that Vitex (or chasteberry) and Milk Thistle supplements may help in shrinking fibroids. I just started taking it to see if it could help shrink my 7cm fibroid (intramural). Does anyone have experience with this, good or bad? Thanks in advance!

I heard of milk thistle. I will try these things too if they help shrink fibroids. In April I had 9 fibroids removed but apparently there were more small ones. My hope is to keep those small so they dont interfere with trying to conceive!

I take vitex aswell as do castor oil packs. Also i take vitamin D to shrink them. I had a myeomectomy to remove a 12cm fibroid but still have one aswell as cysts on both ovaries.

I have found medical studies reporting vitamin D helps fibroids to shrink and prevents the growth of new ones. So the next time your doctor orders some blood work, ask them to include a Vitamin D test. I just had 31 fibroids removed and my surgeon agreed that will help with them not returning.
