Baby Shower/ Baby Registry!!

Ok so I registered at Target and Babies R Us and I have prolly less than 30 combined... I've been told I need to put more stuff but I am a first time mom and have no idea what to put in my list! If you guys can just throw some ideas at me that would be helpful thank you!
