3 cm already!!
I'm 36 plus 4 days and my OB said I am over 3cm dialated and 75 percent effaced... Anyone else had that for a week or weeks prior to birth? She told me not to have sex and I have just been taking it easy. I heard you can stay at 3 cm for a while
