so I'm 15 and I have severe back pain in my lower back where I have my arch and I always have had this pain since I had done cheerleading and gymnastics.. it's about a 7 on a scale of 1-10, it shoots into my hips and tailbone and all the way up my back. I try popping it and getting comfy but it's seriously so so painful. does anyone have any recommendations? any tips?
