Anyone threaten a miscarriage and baby was okay and pregnancy continued?

Please share your stories & also comment how long you bled for & if it was heavy blood/ light blood , clots/no?

My roommate got pregnant in August, lost it at about five and a half weeks, and during her very next cycle after the bleeding stopped she got pregnant in October at the end of October and had a beautiful baby in July so you don't have to wait long if you don't want to to try to have another baby, I know this isn't really about a threatening miscarriage and then a successful pregnancy, but for me--I did spot for a couple of days a couple weeks ago and everything is still fine...

I started very very light brown spotting for 3 days. No cramps, no symptoms. Line on pregnancy tests got darker. Then the brown turned into bright red, but very light. Maybe one teaspoon within 24 hrs. This continued for another 2 days. Then the pregnancy test got lighter. At 7 weeks I had an ultrasound where they couldn't see anything and blood work that showed 45 hcg (probably still left from the MC). 
This was the first time we have been ttc.
Ovulated 10 days after spotting stopped and had my period (2 days late) just a couple days ago.
The mc was really a horrible experience for us, although it was very very early. I wish this to no one!

Going thru this myself  Going Friday to see if we can find a heart beat. Had a bleed for four hours last Monday not heavy enough to fill a pad also no cramps but did pass a huge clot about the length and width of my finger. Said things looked okay scheduled check up for this Monday and couldn't find a heart beat and baby was only three days of growth from 5w3d last Monday, to 5w6d this Monday and couldn't find a heart beat. Was told to prepare for bad news but I'm trying to stay hopeful it is just hard. Good luck to you.
