My pedicurest swears it's possible. She's told me of having pregnant women in for pedicures before their baby comes and the pressure point caused labor. When I go, they make sure to avoid that spot.... Until I'm ready 👌🏼

As a massage therapist they teach us about the places that are "hot spots" so to speak. I have been doing massages for almost 10 years now and have tried sending women into labor if they ask and are ready and it has yet to work.

You have pressure points in your feet and ankles that can cause you to go into labor. That being said as long as it's not alot of pressure in one spot it can feel amazing. I massage feet during prenatal massages all the time I just make sure to not stay in one spot and to use a lighter pressure.
