So I'm 11 days post partum and I had to have a "4th degree episiotomy". I had a check up a couple days ago and she said the stitches and everything are healing really well. But now it all itches down there and I don't dare scratch at it or even with my pads I'm using because I don't want to irritate it or make it bleed or infect it.. So to anyone who has had one or something similar what did you do to help the itching??
