CRIP CRAMPS
My cramps sometimes start as early as 3 days before my period and can go until about day 3 of my period and their the worssstt. They bring me to my knees, i miss classes, i call out of work, and sleep all day sometimes my cramps are that bad. What helps you ladies with cramps im open to just about anything.
