I had a miscarriage due to belighted ovum end of Feb beginning of this month been monitoring my hcg weekly by blood test (did blood work today hoping it dropped) been waiting and waiting for my body to naturally do things and a period to start finally!! Right on cue with my old cycles AF showed up today I'm not really sure though when to start trying this month. I got the go ahead from my doctor to try once my period passed! Any advice would be great!! Is it possible for me to even ovulate of my hcg hasnt completely come down? Hopping for baby dust!! Never wanted somthing so much
