What is CM nd how do I check it ?

Cm is cervical mucus and it's the fluid that comes out on you underwear throughout your cycle. Depending on where u r in your cycle it can be watery, sticky, stringy, white, clear etc. As ovulation draws near you should notice it gets thick & clear and stringy/slippery known as EWCM (egg white looking) this is when your most fertile and it's nice and sticky for the sperm to stick to. You check your cm by inserting your middle finger and reaching up to feel the position of your cervix. If your on AF, due AF or just finished AF then it's usually very low and u will feel it straight away near the entrance of your vagina but later in your cycle you will notice it go up very high. Some woman see this as a sign of pregnancy if their cervix is still high up and closed when they are due their period. Hope this helps x
