So, my hubs and I plan to start trying in the next month or two.  I bought several ovulation tests but I've heard those can cause unnecessary stress of the end results ends with a "not pregnant".  I've heard of taking your temperature to prove ovulation.  Is this true and, if so, how exactly does it work?  I use an app to log all details of my cycle, so I'd like to take my temp everyday.  If I'm ovulating would my temperature be higher or lower?  So if this questions seems dumb to some, I'm a newbie to all of this.
