Excersises at 9 weeks
Hi everyone I'm 9 weeks pregnant and went to the midwife and I couldn't believe I weighed 10 stone ! A couple of months ago I was 9 stone 2 ! Anyone know any way of keeping the weight off and pregnancy excersises I could do ??
