What age do you thinks right to have a baby?

I can't really vote on this because it all depends on the person and the situation if the persons mature, what kind of relationship there in, if there financially stable, if both people are ready for a child, if your still in school or college. Being ready for a baby can't be based on age, I had my first at 22 but know many 22 year olds who struggle to look after themselves I've also known people be great parents at 16 and I wouldn't have a clue what to do with a baby at that age!

This isn't one I can vote on. I was 27 when I had my first kid. I was grateful for the life experience and feel it helps me be a little more well rounded, even tempered, and rational in my decisions when it comes to parenting, however, my energy is my what it was when I was 18. My husband and I will be "old parents" when our kids are graduating high school. 
My sister was 18/19 when she had her first. She has four kids and she and her husband have the energy to keep up with them. All four have autism so that energy is much needed. My sister studies and researches everything.
Every person is different. Some get the life experience as they're going through the beginning stages of parenthood, others get the experience before and can learn other things.
If you feel ready, you just may be! :)

I know people who are 18 and younger and are wonderful mums and I know people who are older than 18 and shouldn't of have kids visa versa, depends on the person tbh

I would qualify my answer by saying in general people tend to start figuring out life stuff by mid 20s making it a better time than the teen years while not having to struggle with being less fertile yet.

When you have the maturity and resources to care for a child. Resources may or may not include a partner. Usually it means a good amount of money and this usually means a good education. Thus, most people under 25 aren't ready, but I will say it's possible if you really have your shit together.

For me I rather have baby when I'm like 25-30 I can't picture having a kid at 23 Ik not financially ready plus I wanna have more stable reletionship with my bf first and have stable housing
