Today it's very hot and I need to wear shorts. I don't have capris that match with the outfit I have set and I am so honestly scared that I am going to leak in class. TMI but when I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom, blood was practically dripping down my leg. It was so gross. What can I do in order to wear shorts and be safe? I am wearing a tampon and a pad for extra protection.
