Sometimes before your period starts the lining of the uterus starts to shed. This can start about 2 days or a week before your period. It happens to me all the time and I'm not very active. If it keeps occurring a week post the day you should have gotten your period then you should take a test and go see a doctor. But if you have taken the plan B pill within the 48 hour limit you should be fine.

Oh you're fine!!! That's what line did then I got my "period" and now I'm waiting for my actual period (: it might delay your period so you'll have to wait like me 😁 it might also bring it early.

I'd say it's a sign you're about to get your period. Implantation bleeding is supposed to be a lot lighter
