.1 hcg...

So I figured out I ovulate later that what glow says so my dpo has been way off! I had blood tests done because I thought I was 6 days late but my doctor told me that even with .1 hcg I could still be pregnant and it could just be too early? I'm either 12 dpo or 10 dpo now and had blood drawn at either 10 dpo or 8 dpo.... Anyone have such low hcg and ended up being pregnant?
