Anyone here have PCOS and trying to or have conceived?

Question

I've been battling PCOS for 2 years now and the last 2 months I've finally ovulated! I'm wondering if PCOS can give a false negative on a HPT. I've used first response the last two mornings and they come up negative. I'm due to see AF day after tomorrow but have several pregnancy symptoms!

Me!! I have PCOS and nope it won't give you a false result in a pregnancy test. You can however get the false result on ovulation tests because we fear up to ovulate but don't... 
If you have ovulated the last two times you will be hell good:) 
I ovulated last month and got my bfp!!
