Almost 6 weeks...how to get over fear?

How do I get over this hump of constantly being scared of losing the baby because I'm so early?

Just relax and don't worry because it's not good for your baby but that fear will be there your whole pregnancy... And your whole child's life for that matter I'm 18 weeks and still terrified.. Not as much as in the earlier weeks but still a little fear.

I'm in the same boat mama. 5 weeks and going crazy with fear. I just breathe, talk to my baby and remind myself that "right now everything is okay." It's out of our hands ❤️

Just take it one day at a time. Personally I still haven't gotten over the worrier and I'm almost 37 weeks. I MC in 2014, so I have been worried since I first found out I was pregnant again.

Honestly I don't think that fear will ever go away until you actually have the baby. I'm 11 weeks and 3 days and I'm still terrified of loosing my baby and having nightmares about it all the time.

It's normal! I felt that way until I could feel the baby, then there was a constant reminder that my little one was doing well! 17weeks I felt the first movement, 19 before I knew what it was, then it was non stop! It gets easier :) I'm 32 weeks now and can't wait to mee our little one!

You stressing can cause stress on the baby.... Just breath and pray.... And if the doctor says everything is good take the doctor word for
It and enjoy this experience😁....

It doesnt go away! And then after the baby is born you will worry about development, diseases, accidents.... I have no idea how to chill and deal with the constant worry... Let me know if you find a way 😉

I had a small bleeding incidient a few days ago (I was just hitting 5 weeks) and since then have been in a panic! I'm trying not to stress since I know it's not good for me right now, but I already have anxiety disorders so it's incredibly hard. I'm just trying to have faith that everything will work out.
