Noticed this about an hour ago....its kinda hard and its hurts and its hot. What should I do???

I had something like that near my nipple on my right breast right after I conceived but before I knew. It hurt and was warm and hard like you're describing. I put Cortizone on it a few times a day and a week later it was gone. 
If it doesn't get better or it's been getting worse, get it checked out!

Where is this on the body. I had it on the side of my breast in early pregnancy. It was just vessels and nothing to
