Counting DPO days????

Question

Do I count from my first day of ovulation? Or from the last? I have no clue. Help!!

Answer

Most women ovulate 14 days before your next expected period but not everyone is the same so I would say since ur supposed to start the 30th count 14 days back and u should've o around that time. It gives u a week of fertile BC sperm can live 3-5 days. And nobody is exactly the same so just in case u o a day or two early or late it would still happen in ur fertile window. Hope this helped :)
