Every mom is different. For me that's average but I usually get 3-6oz on one side depending on what time of day. I freeze 12-16oz a day but I am a big over producer. 3oz is great for 2weeks PP. keep up the good work

Yes. I exclusively pump at 9 weeks. I get usually 6-9 oz combined every 3 hours.
