We had sex very unlubricated and says they were just pimples under his skin but he popped them and now they are scabed up.

It may not be herpes. It could just be a raw spot if you guy have been having sex a lot. My boyfriend had something close to that on his shaft so we went to the doctor and both got tested only to find out we were clean. Don't panic but definitely go to the doctor.

My boyfriend went to the doctor about something similar and was told some guys just have it and stuff. Still maybe get it checked though
