Am I too old?

Question

I'm 46 tomorrow and ttc my fiancé is 28 and we really do want a baby but my daughter says it's ridiculous and I'll be dead soon! It hurt my feelings but also made me feel stupid for wanting a baby but my heart still tells me to go for it!!
Then I fell pregnant and miscarried at 14 weeks...I am devastated,  so is he but he wants to keep trying! I am struggling to make the 'right' decision

I'm so very sorry to hear about your loss. Your daughter is being insensitive too. I'd keep trying. My sister had one at 46, my sister-in-law at 44 and my mother had one at 48. All healthy. Yes, your egg supply is decreased, and it can take time; but stopping won't help. Keep up your pre vitamins and baby dust to you ✨✨✨✨✨✨

Cherel, I'm Dhori and I'm 47yo. I've been married 6yrs and it took 3yrs for me to become pregnant. Like you, I too had a misscarage. I was 10 wks along. I can understand how devastated you were when you lost your baby. I feel for you. I bet you even ask yourself "what did I do to cause my miscarriage". I still ask that and wonder if there were things I could have done to prevent it. We will never know that answer. We are still trying and will keep trying til I hit menopause. If y'all want a baby still... Keep trying, if you don't you may regret not trying. Good luck to both of you for the future. I hope you get pregnant soon. Dhori

Don't give up!!! I am 45 my fiancee is also 45 we graduated together but just reconnected a year ago. We are very much in love and he has no children but has always wanted them. I have a 26 yr old daughter and when we decided to have a child together she gave me the worst time ever. After talking to her and explained that I always wanted more but things were not good with her dad and now I found my soul mate she has been very supportive of us.
Don't give up on your dream.. Baby dust to you!!

To be honest if i dont have my third child( i'm newly married ) by time im 42 im 40 now im not sure if i'll keep trying. I had miscarriage in October.my husband does want a child i'm excersing taking vitamins trying eat healthier.

take coq10 And use pre seed. worked for me after ten years of ttc and failed ivf. had a healthy boy 8 months ago at 44! I have pcos endo Graves' disease and am in peri menopause. my son is the best surprise of my life good luck ladies X

I'm in the same exact boat lol. I'm 43 and he's 29. I've had 10 children and he doesn't have any. We lost our baby last summer and are trying again. You only live once. I love him so much and really want to give him the chance to father a child too. We've decided to let things just happen as they may with a little help from preseed and prayers. It's your decision. You're getting a second chance. Go for it.

I am 46 also. My SO is 45. I have no children he has 3 from his first marriage. I pray that I am able to have just one child. I had 19 fibroids removed last August. But now my period is acting all weird. Coming late every month. Bfn test. Last month at lasted about 14 days. These things have never happened. I'm usually very regular. So I am very worried.   I will pray for you ladies and myself as well. Good luck!!
