Fertility specialist

Hi. We went to see a fertility specialist for the first time this week. I am 34 ttc #1 for 8 months. I have a normal 27-28 day cycle, a normal HSG test and husbands SA was normal. I am scheduled to have a post coital during my next cycle. The doctor gave us a list of options from clomid to IVF and said its really up to us which way we want to proceed. What has worked for some of you?
