Need help?

I've been having pain in my chest back and ribs. Nausea dizziness horrible headaches and just feeling bad over all. I went to the doc 2 days ago was told I'm getting over bronchitis went to er last night they told me EKG was fine. AF was 5 days late and it has been dark brown/black very light I only had a heavy flow one day and it was dark as well. I had a faint line on a pregnancy test 2 days ago and nothing since what could be going on?
