nauseous or stomach bug.. any meds?

I am 19w2d and out of nowhere today I got really hot heat flashes and very nauseous. I was nauseous a lot in the first trimester but have been feeling pretty good since 13 weeks. today this is never like I felt before. stomach just hurts and my bones sort of hurt I am extremely gassy and a headache. I feel like it might be a stomach bug due to all of my symptoms. does anyone know if there is an OTC medicine or anything I can take to help me?! I have school and work all this weekend

I had strep, but in the first trimester. I know I was told nothing but antibiotics and Tylenol.

We have a lot of norovirus too. Tylenol helps with the aches but it runs its course quickly. Just try to stay hydrated!

Norovirus has been running rampant in my community. Im 18 weeks pregnant and have gotten it twice since I was 6 weeks. Its been terrible. My symptoms were similar except that I threw up. It was a 24hr bug so that helped, and rest, gatorade and crackers. But if viral all you can do is let it run its course. Have you recently taken any antibiotics?
