Anyone feel symptoms yet?

I am 4-5 weeks and feel incredibly exhausted and crampy. It comes in waves where I have good moments and then not so great ones. This is my 1st pregnancy.

I'm almost 5 weeks. I've been sick to my stomach 24/7, exhausted, and tender breast.

I noticed I had to pee more last week but it's leveled off now. Mostly so so so so sleepy! I almost fell asleep in church last night! Also just noticed my bra is getting snug. Looks like a trip to motherhood this weekend!

I'm 5 weeks today and I'm fatigued and have really sore boobs. Nothing else yet! But I've been going to bed at like 8 pm. It's crazy how tired I am!

5wks 5days and have had breast tenderness since before I got a positive test, I'm very tired, have crazy cravings, and just got hit with nausea today. This is my second and I experienced none of this with my first. Not this early anyway.

I'm 6wks and harly nothing. I pee more and eat more that's about it.

4 weeks 4 days... Nothing really yet. It doesn't feel real 😕.
I guess I'm hungry and I get sick if I try to skip snacking....but I have always been that way. Lol

I'm 5 weeks and 5 days 😩the breast soreness and swelling is unbearable . Then I'm always super duper sleepy and hungry along with gas😁 this is my first pregnancy at age 33

I am 5w5d and severe nausea started at 5w3d like all morning all night though it does die off during mid day so thats a plus
