Breast turning pink

About half of my left breast is pink, it doesn't hurt /itch/leak, I've read about inflammatory breast cancer and it has me freaked out, I went to my OB today he said he thinks my breasts are just engorged. I haven't leaked any milk yet so I don't know how that's possible I'm only 28weeks, anybody getting pink or red breasts?
