Luteal phase?!

Question

I don't know how long my luteal phase is, will this have an impact on my ovulation day?

This month I decided not to use OPK as I felt i was getting really worked up, plus I know my body quite well and know I am ovulating - the app is relatively accurate with me.  Just worried I might be out??

Your LPwill not have an impact on ovulation. Ovulation occurs before your LP.    The LP is typically consistent month to month, so if it's 14 days, even if you ovulate a week late, your luteal phase will still be 14 days. That just means your period will be late.
