Can anyone help me by telling me what this is. The picture is flipped glow always does that for done reason..

I have one on my clitoral area one on the outter lip and one a little lower. The lower one appeared first I assumed it was an ingrown hair it was probably 3 days ago tge other two appeared today. I thought it was another ingrown hair until I saw the one on my clitoral area.

I had an std test done in February and it was clear. I have one partner, he did cheat on me but that was before the testing, he has not had any thing on his area.

Im afraid it's herpes but there are only 3 spots they were never blisters or scabs I thought it was an ingrown hair but obviously that can't happen on the clitoral area.

I see the dr at the end of March so she can do the 6 week checkup on my Mirena.
