Still haven't come in what's going on!

So I stopped the pill about 2 months ago and always had regular periods but still haven't come on I did a test about a week and a half ago and it was negative! How long would it take for it to come up if you were? How long till I get a period when coming of the pill?! My breasts are so sore and really bad cramps is this normal?!
