My sickness seems to be worse in the evenings. So much I struggle to eat dinner but the rest of the day I'm fine. Anyone else get this?

I get nauseous very rarely with this one, but when it does happen, it happens at night before bed. "Morning sickness" is a misnomer.

I am the sickest on my drive home from work! I have an hour commute and am just miserable by the time I get home. My poor family has not gotten a decent meal from me for a week ?
