Is it possible to miss the egg 15 cycles?

Af showed yesterday so now we are on cycle 16. I had my progesterone and prolactin tested and I ovulate. We bd around a positive opk but we don't bd much after so maybe I'm ovulating a little later (since an opk predictors 24-48 after a positive). We conceived before without even trying
