Zantac for my baby?

My Dr just prescribed zantac for my daughter anyone else's baby's been on this? Any good or bad story's I would like to hear tia

My son was having all kinds of issues eating, colic, in general always seemed uncomfortable. At 6 weeks the doctor prescribed Zantac. We started him on it and he was a completely different baby within 24 hours. He continued to take it daily for 6 months and hasn't needed it since. He is almost 11.

They immediately told us our daughter needed it when she was a newborn because she was spitting up. We were totally against it medication at a month old. They also told us we needed to add rice cereal to her breast milk, which we were also against. One week later her system regulated and she was perfectly fine! She exclusively BF until 6.5 months and continued to BF (as well as solids) until 13 months. I never even filled the Rx.
