Is this even possible?!?

I am 1 day till AF. I had some spotting just now, but it wasn't like my usual AF spotting, it was a very faint pink, very dull in color & accompined by lotion white Cm. Usually it's a bright pink, almost orange color with no CM. Is there a chance this could be implantation bleeding as I read it can take up to 12 days & this is my 12th day from when I had sex (at the end of my fertile week)?!? Or is this just my body telling me I am getting AF tomorrow.
