Too much makeup?

So I work at a high end jewelry store and my boss said I wear too much makeup. This is what I wore. I never wear lipstick but did this day and I think i went over the top. What do you ladies think?

Btw, I always wear a lot of makeup cause I'm just a a girly girl. I also notice she acts more strict towards me than the other girls. Please be honest, if it's too much, just let me know. :))
