Will baby sleep better if I quit caffeine?
My baby hasn't been sleeping well durring the day. It's very hard for me to get him to nap. I'm exhausted from it. I've been swaddling, car rides, swing, rocking, breastfeeding, and nothing works easily. I drink caffeine daily. Not much, but a coke or two a day. Has anyone experienced their baby sleeping better after quiting caffeine consumption?
