Battling pcos

Found out I have pcos back in January of this year. Was put on metformin to help level everything out. I did my research on the meds and how it helps women with pcos. Seen success stories of those who have conceived and I get excited. " there's hope for me as well!!" But then the second month comes around and still no AF😔.  I got my mg bumped up to 1500mg a day now and praying for a breakthrough. Am I stressing it too much and being impatient? It's tough ttc and knowing there's something in the way of your blessing!😩
