Baby shower theme help

I'm having a baby shower. I'm having a boy. It will be backyard BBQ. I need help with a theme but I have no idea. I just don't want the boy usual theme like the ducky or the mustache. I can't do Griaffies because it my nursery theme. I don't know if people use there nursery theme as their baby shower theme too? I thought it might be over done too much if I went that way.  This is our first baby.
