I need to poop!!!!

This may be a little open but I need help! I haven't pooped in over a week! I've had days where I poop just a little bit, but I can't go like this anymore! I have so much pain in my stomach and I've been throwing up so much, I think because of this! Can anybody please give me advice or tell me what helped you, or what I can do!
