Back pain while traveling

Hi Ladies,

We just took a 5 hour flight (at 18 was) and on the plane my back was killing me! I have another flight coming up at wk 21. Anyone have any tips to stay comfortable? To combat back pain? I'm thinking a pillow behind my back might help but open to suggestions!
